What's new.
What's new in each version of NotesPilot. Updates arrive on their own, or you can check any time from the NotesPilot menu.
0.1.0 · First release
- Notes for any call. No bot in the meeting. NotesPilot hears you through your microphone and everyone else through the call, writes a live transcript that knows who said what, and turns it into a summary, decisions and action items.
- An honest transcript. Words it wasn't sure of are marked, and never treated as fact in your summary.
- Proof for every point. Copy any point in your notes with the exact words, who said them and when, plus a 10-second clip of the moment.
- Promises, decisions and people. See what everyone owes everyone, which decisions replaced older ones, which questions are still open, and who you haven't met with in a while.
- Notes your way. Write your own templates for one-to-ones, interviews or sales calls. Jot a few lines yourself and let NotesPilot fill in the rest, showing every change before it's made.
- Ask your meetings. Ask in your own words and get answers with the quotes behind them. If something was never discussed, it says so.
- Bring in any recording. Voice memos from your iPhone and audio files become meetings with notes. Re-transcribe any meeting if you'd like a second pass.
- Share anywhere. Export as PDF, Word, plain text or subtitles, or keep every meeting as a Markdown file in a folder you choose, such as an Obsidian vault.
- Never lose a meeting. Meetings are saved as they happen and rebuilt after a crash. Gaps from a dropped connection are filled in from the recording. Back up to iCloud Drive and restore on a new Mac.
- Private mode. Transcript, speakers and notes all made on your Mac with Apple Intelligence. Nothing leaves your Mac.
- Voice memory (optional). Name someone once and NotesPilot can suggest their name the next time it hears them. Stored only on your Mac.
- Your privacy, your call. Mark meetings sensitive, get a consent reminder before recording, and choose how long recordings are kept.
- Quiet updates. New versions install when you quit, never in the middle of a meeting.
