Taking notes 0:00

Be in the meeting. Not in your notes.

NotesPilot quietly takes notes for every call on your Mac. No bot joins the meeting. When it ends, you have a clear summary, every decision, and who's doing what by when.

  • Works with Zoom, Meet, Teams and more
  • No account needed
  • Built for Apple Intelligence

Every meeting asks you to do two jobs at once: be in it, and write it down. So you half-listen, half-type, and still miss the part that mattered. NotesPilot takes the second job, quietly, so you can do the first one well.

Nobody sees “NotesPilot has joined the meeting.” Because it never does.

It listens to your Mac, not the meeting, so it works with every call app, and nobody else has to install a thing.

The little things, taken care of.

One shortcut, any app

Press ⌥M in any app to start taking notes. Press it again to stop.

Speaks your languages

Over 30 languages, recognized on their own, even when people switch mid-sentence.

Light enough to forget

Leave it open from your first call to your last. Your Mac won't feel it, even an older MacBook Air.

Names, not “Speaker 2”

It learns names from the invite and the conversation, and can recognize voices you've named before.

Action items, where you'll see them

Send everyone's action items to Apple Reminders in one click.

Find it from Spotlight

Press ⌘ Space and type anything that was said. Your meetings show up like any file on your Mac.

Voice memos, too

Record a chat on your iPhone and find the notes waiting on your Mac. Any audio file works too.

Out of every screen share

Present freely. Flip one switch and NotesPilot stays hidden from anything you share.

Your meetings in Claude

Ask Claude about past meetings. It reads your notes only when you ask it to.

One shortcut on the way in. Everything you need on the way out.

Ready before you are.

A minute before a meeting on your calendar, NotesPilot taps you on the shoulder. Join a call in any app and it notices on its own. Or press ⌥ M wherever you are.

  • Works with iCloud, Google and Outlook calendars
  • Spots a call starting in any app
  • Picks up the title and guest list from the invite

Every voice on its own line.

NotesPilot hears you through your microphone and everyone else through the call, so it always knows which words are yours. It tells the other voices apart as it listens, and remembers the ones you've named before.

  • Knows who said what, and gets better as it listens
  • 30+ languages, even when people switch mid-sentence
  • Spells your colleagues' names and your team's terms right

The meeting lands as notes.

By the time you hang up, your notes are written: what was decided, what's still open, and every action item with a name and a date. Tap any point to hear the moment it was said.

  • Notes shaped your way, for one-to-ones, interviews or sales calls
  • Action items go to Reminders in one click
  • Share as a PDF, a Word document or plain text

Ask your meetings anything.

What did you promise Emma? When did the price change? Ask in your own words, even if you don't remember how it was said, and get an answer from every meeting, with the quotes to prove it.

  • Every answer shows the meeting and the moment
  • Says so plainly when something was never discussed
  • Find any meeting from Spotlight, or ask Claude

It remembers what was promised. So you don't have to.

Notes are only half the job. NotesPilot keeps track of what happens next, across every meeting, so nothing quietly falls through the cracks.

  • Promises don't slip

Everything you said you'd do, and everything others owe you. When the next meeting says it's done, it's ticked off.

  • Decisions stay decided

Change your mind in a later meeting and the old decision is marked as replaced, so nobody works from last month's plan.

  • Keep in touch

See when you last met someone and what's still open between you. NotesPilot points it out when it's been a while.

When it matters, nothing leaves your Mac.

Turn on Private mode and everything happens on your Mac: Apple's own speech recognition writes the transcript, NotesPilot tells the voices apart, and Apple Intelligence writes the notes. No internet needed. Not even at 35,000 feet.

Recordings and notes live in a folder only you can open. You decide how long recordings are kept.

Off the record

Mark a meeting sensitive and it stays out of search, answers and Claude.

A consent reminder

Have NotesPilot remind you, or ask you, to let people know before it starts.

No account, no tracking

Download, open, take notes. There's nothing to sign up for and no one watching.

Before you take off.

Does a bot join my calls?

Never. NotesPilot listens on your Mac: your microphone for you, and the sound of the call for everyone else. Nothing joins the meeting and nobody else needs to install anything.

Which call apps does it work with?

Anything that makes sound on your Mac: Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Slack huddles, Webex, FaceTime, Discord, or a call in your browser. It works for in-person conversations and voice memos too.

Do I need an account or any setup?

No account, ever. Turn on Private mode and it works straight away, using Apple's own AI on your Mac. If you'd like a cloud service to do the transcript or the notes, you can connect your own AssemblyAI, Deepgram, ElevenLabs, Anthropic or OpenAI account in Settings.

Where are my recordings and notes kept?

In a folder on your Mac that only you can open. You choose how long recordings are kept, and the notes stay for as long as you want them. With Private mode on, nothing leaves your Mac at all.

Do I need headphones?

No. On speakers, NotesPilot removes the call's echo from your microphone so other people's words aren't put in your mouth. Switch to AirPods or unplug your headphones mid-call and it keeps recording without missing a beat.

What if my Mac crashes or the Wi-Fi drops?

Your meeting is saved as it happens. After a crash, NotesPilot rebuilds the meeting when it opens again. If the internet drops, it fills in the missing part from the recording afterwards, and tells you plainly if anything couldn't be recovered.

What if I forget to stop it?

When the room has been quiet for a while, NotesPilot asks if you're still there. If nobody answers, it stops and saves the meeting on its own.

What happens when I get a new Mac?

Turn on Backup in Settings and NotesPilot copies your meetings to iCloud Drive once a day. On your new Mac, restore them in one step.

Which languages does it understand?

On-device transcription covers the languages Apple supports on your Mac. Cloud services recognize more than 30 languages on their own, up to over 90, and several keep up when people switch language mid-sentence.

What do I need to run it?

A Mac with Apple silicon (M1 or later) running macOS 26 Tahoe or later. Private mode's on-device notes need Apple Intelligence turned on.

Is it okay to record my meetings?

Laws differ by place and some require everyone's consent, so let people know you're taking notes. NotesPilot can remind you, or ask you, before it starts, and shows a clear indicator whenever it's listening.

Your next meeting
is already on the calendar.

Download NotesPilot, give it a minute to set up, and walk into that meeting with nothing to write down.
